I just purchased access to your server today coming from a less than great company. After reading the reviews from forbes I decided to place my order with your company. I ran into an issue and I put in a support ticket and was answered by the most helpful operator that I've ever come across in my customer support history. Right off the rip the decision was justified for making the switch.

Justin was incredibly fast and efficient with his response and resolution of my issue. He even went above and beyond and explained what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. So far I am loving this hosting service, and especially the customer service I received.

Incredible lightning fast support. Hunter V solved my issue within an hour! I was having disconnection problems with my server, sent over an MTR report and they got it moved over to a new node. Thanks so much!

Stan S. had helped me over the course of roughly 4 hours through the night with a variety of issues. From difficult server mod recommendations to advisories on console confusions. Extremely pleasant, responsive and respectful throughout the entirety of both exchanges I had with them tonight. I've had plenty of good experiences with support staff from bisecthosting but Stan was by far the best so far! Thank you for everything Stan!

Was having some tech issues regarding adding mods to server, and upon asking for assistance, they were able to resolve the issue promptly! They also responded within 5 minutes of the initial question being asked. Great service!

I had asked Darian a simple question "How long does it take for the server to be repaired?" as my server was down for maintenace they had discovered. He was able to answer my question quickly around an hour to 2 hour response time which was a surprise to me. He had also assisted me with extra time onto the server that he did not need to do, as it was only a minor inconveinence that had not bothered me at all. The customer service was fantastic, quick and above all else exceptional. Thank you Darian for your assistance you have been exceptional!

Eric Alison assisted me with setting up some things on my server. The answers were very quick and detailed with a video that was also very easy to follow. I was pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of making changes to the server.

Fast communication, fairly cheap, support are helpful 9/10 of the time, and the server is relatively low lag most of the time. The only thing I can think of that would make Bisect the best hoster is giving old users discount codes too and not just cater to new users. What happens most of the time anyways is people would just make new account to use codes.

Having first worked with Bisect as of last month, I've found, with the most enthusiasm, that the support service they have is extremely knowledgeable and eager to get any issues resolved.
The agents that I had approached were respectful, quick to answer, and kept everything as straightforward as possible while remaining genuine.
I fully intend to keep my account with them, and take comfort in knowing I'll be properly guided when the need arises.

Tried out a lot of hosts by now and this one is second to none. Purchased a 4GB budget plan and did not experience any in-game lag, the panel is intuitive and responsive.
I applaude the support team for having a quick and decisive response to my only issue, being with the billing. Server was online in just 10 minutes.

Servers are incredibly unstable and it seems there's a bot script probing for known IPs.
Server would randomly lockup and console would be completely unavailable as it becomes stuck in a infinite loading screen.
Server even with 8gb of ram and "premium" would become overloaded and fall behind with one player and become even worse with more.
The before mentioned bot script probing for vulnerable servers would repeatedly try to join (unable due to mod incompatibilities) and the servers repeated rejection of it would cause the server to overload and often crash.
I guess service support was quick to resolve issues

The server creation was super straight forward and simple, the second I selected everything I wanted and paid for it, the server was up and running. Within 10 minutes of buying the monthly subscription me and 5 of my buddies were on already running around doing our shenanigans.

You changed the location of my server, and there was no Email sent to explain how to access the console. Up until this issue, there were no problems. However, this has me reconsidering whether or not to continue using Bisect hosting.
