Decent game hosting company. However, I encountered a lot of issues while hosting with them.
Pros:
1. Cheap
2. Community support
3. Doesn't have a plugin/player limit

Cons:
1. Server lag when NONE of the metrics were at its full
2. Backups take years to download and downloading a .jar from the server also takes incredibly long. (My internet is fine)
3. The ticket support is quite slow. I understand that the customer support group has numerous tickets, but, it shouldn't mean an above 6h response time.
4. The site is slow to load on Microsoft Edge

The support for this service is really poor and unprofessional. It feels like the hosting is managed by inexperienced individuals, and my server is always running slowly. When I contacted support about the issue, they just blamed me for the problem, even though it turned out to be a problem with their control panel. Unfortunately, the issue still hasn't been resolved to this day.


They also offer incentives for giving positive reviews, so that would explain why they have a large number of positive reviews that are fake. I know this cause they tried doing the same thing to me! I'm pretty sure that's against Trustpilot guidelines. It's really sketchy of this host.

I've been overall using sparked for over a year now religiously because I never feel the prices are unfair and I never feel as though I'm not getting what I pay for. I've never had any major problems with the service and any minor inconveniences I have the staff always take care of it, mostly I use it for minecraft servers with friends but also used it for valhiem and didn't have an issue. Overall 10/10 always go back to them when I need a server!

support is super fast and knowledgeable, prices are fair, and the performance is amazing (at least on Minecraft enterprise and extreme, I have not tested other games)

Terrible
Don't buy this product, i was told a 6gb server would be what i needed from a member of their support chat. I then bought 8gb to be safe and it did not work, maxed out on ram and crashed a bunch of times. and they wont refund. Horrid.

I decided to give 5 stars for many reasons.
Firstly the prices. These are really cheap compared to other companies. I enjoy it since 3 years ago.
Secondly the support, very qualified. Sometimes they're so much slow about answering time due to many customers asking for a help but nvm as I told the prices cover that lack.
The most recommended company for buying VPS and/or Minecraft Hosting products.

Beautiful hoster. I'm hosting a Minecraft Server and I will rate it based on my experience in that regard.

I really have nothing to complain about. The price is probably the best out there, although I cannot guarantee that. There could be a cheaper option idk of.

The support is beautiful. Again, nothing to complain.
(Tip: They also have a Discord server, if you have any small issue, you'll probably be quicker asking for help over there.)

Negatives:
The only negative I've had so far is a small technical issue with not being able to delete the server backups. Again, the support is great, so it's not a big deal.

I use SparkedHost to host my Python-based Discord bot. The prices are great. Excellent uptime on my service. The one occasion I found myself submitting a support ticket, the response time was under 10 minutes and they had an immediate resolution to my issue. I highly recommend using SparkedHost if you need to host your Discord bot.

They were very patient and kind with me even though I was being a bit of a nuisance for not understanding anything about Hosting or server stuff. I got the 9GB package and so far I have had no issues server wise! Genuinely as someone who has never bought a host server for MC and looked around for what felt like hours I'm glad I went with Sparked Host. <3

- Tons of configuration you can change up and. relatively easy to access and manage once you find it.
- In my opinion they are very fair for their prices because not only are you getting an amazing server but again their quality customer service that actually helps.

My Minecraft Server was having some issues that I couldn't figure out myself. Made a support ticket, looked at some solutions, tried them out and now everything is working incredibly well. Thanks to Matias C. my Minecraft server is now up and running again, ready for me and my friends to enjoy the game!

Oh my god, this is the best. Just yesterday I started hosting a Discord bot, and it's been wonderful! If your wondering to get this: DO! It's so cheap (like £2) to host four bots with 110% CPU!

In the this bundle you also get DDoS protection which is wonderful for heavy duty bot hosting (ig).

But MASSIVELY recommend if you would like to host Minecraft servers, dc bots and etc...
