portals make the server crash
I’m pretty sad that I’m not able to go into all of the portals, it crashes the server and I’m not happy about that! And the rest of the game is about the same as regular Minecraft which makes it still kinda fun but definitely not what I paid for.

Fast Response & Friendly Support Team
Had an error on my end while I was cancelling my server subscription, so my card got charged the next month. After dropping an email to the support team, I got a response within 5 minutes that helped me get my refund.
In addition to the fast response, the support team was really friendly and understanding as well.
Definitely going to subscribe again when I’ve got more free time :D

The server wouldn't accept connections…
The server wouldn't accept connections most of the time, and I the management panel said it couldn't connect to machine to check its status more often than not.
I switched to lillypad hosting and all of my server issues disappeared.

Server performance
Thanks Jacob for sorting out our performance issues , backups (11 GB) are now done in like 5 minutes instead of 20. Migration to another host helped.

My experience with Jakeb I. was great. He did help me resolve my many hour issue I had with installing 7 Days To Die Alpha 20.7 version - namely mainly - Undead Legacy modpack. Needed a server to privately beta test.
Needed a small server to privately beta test a multiplayer project with a few testers. It has more than served our needs and the one time I've needed to create a support ticket is was answered in roughly 15-20 minutes, which was really nice. If I had to criticize anything, I wish their was a higher upper limit to the file size that could be manually uploaded, if not playing/testing a publicly available mod pack. Other than that I've had my server for about 2 weeks now and have found no issues, so far it has been a pretty good service to me with very little to no negative experiences, so far.

Server was great
Server was great, had no issues for the most part. Only thing was this is the only server host where I’ve had bots getting the ip and joining the server. Many telling me to create a white list to prevent spam bots like them

Dan L was an incredible help
Dan L was an incredible help. I am completely new to java Minecraft after buying a pc in March. I have a fair bit of experience in modding already on other games but I just couldn't seem to get it working on this Minecraft server. I am new to hosting a server like this so I have been following the guides provided and felt I was making progress but every time I just couldn't get the server to load with mods. However, after creating a ticket Dan L came to help. Dan was a massive help and I am very thankful. Dan explained to me how to create a mod profile and export it for him to get it on my server. Even after the 2 and a half hour wait for me to get all the mods I wanted into the profile Dan was quick to get everything sorted for me. I'm yet to test the server myself but I am sure Dan has sorted everything perfectly. Give the man a raise.

I truly appreciate the service I got from a member of Bisect hosting with my Minecraft server, Caleb C deserves a raise I know it might not seem like a big deal but the amount of stress he lifted off my shoulders by helping me out and fixing the issue is not even funny! I had been working hard to get things set up but had mod issues on the server and he helped and it means a lot to me!
