I had a small issue loading a mod pack…

I had a small issue loading a mod pack and Stanley S was right on it!! Fast service, I have to say I used a lot of hosting websites and this one is the best by far, well worth the $20. I have a WORKING server, it barely lags and I can now play all these mod packs I've been dying to try out.

I'm not sure how I feel the server is…

I'm not sure how I feel the server is ok it has some problem that I tried to fixed with buying more ram but I'm going to be honest the price for that fix and everything else was pretty ridiculous. And the customer service was a hit or miss one of them was just borderline confusing and didn't do what they'd say they were going to do. But the other one was helpful. The main problems I have is the server just runs generally slow and is unresponsive with tick lag and at times and has a tendency to shut on and off. (BTW) this is with the premium package that has 8G of ram I needed to pay for the premium package for the AUS hosting server and I will admit that the daily backups are pretty nice but in saying all of that it's +$60AUS and I'm honestly finding it hard to see the value with that price and all the problems with the server.

I can't downgrade the server version

I can't downgrade the server version. When I updated server and the modpack Better MC from v28 to v29.5, my old world was deleted.

I felt like all the services provided to me were up to standard!

I felt like all the service provided has been prompt and responsive, there were a few issues (long startup time, confusion surrounding server side implementation of plugins, etc..) but overall I had a very pleasant experience. Could be a bit better but I am pleased!

RAM recommendations may not be correct

The Good:
-the website is intuitive, paying for my hosting and managing my account are straightforward
-the server portal is easy to use and understand.
-service started right away, I was able to connect within 15-20 minutes of purchase.
-the help articles are great, especially the Steam guides, which I was able to send out to my friends and get them rolling.
-Automatic update of the server is handy

The bad:
-The RAM guidance for my server is that it should be good for 4 players, that’s not the case, and we consistently get server stutter with just 2 players online. This may just be the shame itself (Enshrouded) requiring 2ish GB’s of RAM just to run the instance. If I continue to enjoy the reliability if the service I’m considering upgrading to see if that makes a difference. For those wondering, I’ve also chosen the closest service geographically and that doesn’t seem to help the stutter in performance, and no it’s not my home connection or computer.

Bisect hosting is a solid 9.5/10 for me (or 4 stars I suppose). I would recommend them.

The restarts are sometimes pretty…

The restarts are sometimes pretty weird. It says 5 mins and it restarts in 15. Otherwise it's perfect and the restart delay is not a big deal tbh. Would recommend BisectHisting for sure.

Minecraft server Tps issues (solved)

i had spent around 2 days struggling with issues in my Minecraft world and as soon as i got a server it still didnt help but when there kind gentlemen, Caleb c, clay G, and Thomas P helped me i am now able to play my games with no issues

Lag free

Lag free. Honestly for the small price I thought there would be yet I've been impressed, even running with a few mods the experience has been great with 3 people on the server

I love my server from bisect

I love my server from bisect, I can choose different mod packs to load up at different times and the staff is quick to answer/fix any question/problems that I have about my server:) overall it works just make sure to read the recommended ram before goin in installing packs and also that some small packs aren't as optimized for fps as some big mod packs... I ran fear nightfall rly well with its included shaders and it required more ram then some smaller pack

My sister and I wanted to play a Vanilla Java server with our friends, she bought the server and got the IP, she inputted the IP into Minecraft in both add server and direct connection. Nothing, it wasn't working, the game couldn't work, it wasn't working, and then she tried to delete the server so she doesn't get charged, No option, can't delete, and the only way to get customer support is to sign into your account, otherwise you ask for help on their discord. SUPRISE you ask for help on their discord and they redirect you to the customer support site. The other problem is that it doesn't tell you what is wrong with the server, it says its online it says its running, MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!
