Hands down one of the best server hosting services I've ever used, their support is brilliant and their servers had very little lag and ran perfectly and consistently with very little to no downtime! Very highly recommend!

Honestly the best quality you could ever receive. i have friends that ask how to start servers i just send them the link because i love these guys so much. I kid you not i just got a reply from a support ticket in less than a minute! Honestly amazing

Absolutely fantastic service! Almost instantaneous response times! I gave them a zip file of my custom modpack at about 1am local time and within an hour they had it installed on my server! I had expected it to not happen until the next morning, but I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely continue to use Bisect Hosting for any and all my server needs!

I rented an ArmA 3 server here for my unit (Belgian Special Forces).
At first I couldn't add any mods whatshoever. Then I made a ticket and got a reply within max 2 hours which is great!
Because they sent me fixes that didn't work they gave me entire new panel which looks really good, clean and is simple to use!
I'm now going to look into upgrading and expanding the slots.

I am not a very computer savy person. So, when it comes to installing modpacks I was completely at a loss. However, the customer service is amazing. They went on my server and combined a mod that I really wanted with a less demanding modpack so that I could easily run it on my computer. These guys are awesome and if you need anything from them, they are on it!

Best pricing I found for a server of my desired size(6GB) and awesome customer service which I will elaborate more on below. Also, all other server hosts were at least 10 dollars a month more than BisectHosting for my specific plan.
All I had for payment was a prepaid mastercard which no other server providers would accept because these types of cards don't work for subscription based payments. I opened a ticket with BisectHosting and got a reply within minutes(and this was on a holiday too!). They provided me with a custom billing plan that allowed me to use my prepaid card and I had my Minecraft server up and running in no time. These folks were a dream to work with and I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I've been a client here for many years (Minecraft) and we just took an second server for the new Terraria update! I had a little issue with changing the game mode and got instant-reply from Bisect staff as usual!
