Two types of dripstone clusters[]

Dripstone "cluster"s
According to my observation, there are two types of dripstone clusters. First are large pillars of Dripstone Blocks, shown in the article. These do not contain Pointed Dripstone, and don't yet generate in 1.17. Second are patches of ceiling and ground converted to dripstone blocks (meaning there are no "pillars"), and pointed dripstone grow on them. These generate in 1.17. I was wondering if they need to be given different names and separate articles, because they are so different. Alternatively, since the descriptions in this do not include much about the second type, I wonder if there's the need to add description to it, or create a new page about it.
