Siteground.com's Help Desk is quick and easy to use. I couldn't remember whether I had verified my domains with ICANN and they helped me out. They solved my problem and were respectful and kind. God bless.

The live chat support at SiteGround is truly exceptional. They are very fast and always friendly. Although we didn't solve the issue we had, I still appreciate the concept of having support available to help with anything.
We had to move our domains to another provider because our client wanted everything in one place, including hosting. Unfortunately, SiteGround does not offer international domain registration, which is quite disappointing.
We really liked that when you buy a hosting plan from SiteGround, it comes with free email services for our domains at no additional cost, allowing us to create as many emails as we want.
So, we asked support if it was possible to only keep the email service because we really liked it and found it very simple to use. Sadly, the email service only comes with hosting plans. The support team informed us that when the hosting plan expires, we could discuss a discount for only using the email service.
That’s what I call support and service. I hope they can offer more options for international domains so that everything can be managed in one place. People don't want to keep track of different providers

It was not great. It was as I expected. That is great to me compared with all the arrogant know-it-alls at Microsoft who think we (the 99%) should abide by their (the 1%) ideas.
No wonder the world has troubles. We should all be humble and admit we don't know everything, and that other people see things from a different angle. None of us are computers, and the instant we get one thing right, we become arrogant and think we are smarter than everyone. Duh!
