Awesome Customer Service Provided by Jenevie via Chat

I spent a lot of time today working with Jenevie via the Chat to connect my domain name to my business email. She was very helpful and took time to explain what I did not understand, as well as walk me through the steps to solve my problem. She was very patient and provided support when I got frustrated. She is really a true example of excellent customer service.

Top-Tier Customer Support Experience

I rarely leave reviews online, but I have to say Hostinger has the best, top-tier customer support. I have never experienced customer support that responds so fast! All inquiries are attended to by a REAL person within a minute. And even though most responses are template answers, they help me solve tons of questions. For any errors, they even helped me fix them directly instead of sending me pages of documentation for minor fixes.

I’m really impressed by their customer support. This is exactly what all companies should do to retain customers.

I am happy with hostinger

I am happy with hostinger. My postiive feedback: Their servers have great uptime, and the feature set is the best in the industry (that I have seen), I have multiple servers and can easily manage multiple websites so for developers and marketers it's really top tier. The only negative feedback is that as they have grown more popular, their prices have gone up for the same service, I am happy they honor your locked-in price though I worry about when renewal time comes. I also don't like the ai chat gatekeeping for support, because it's really hard to get through to a human when you need one, but I suspect that will be every company.

I am a newbie and many questions of my new site. sent them couple emails and staffs Rodrigo, Jean, Igor and Emily are very helpful with prompt response, they are patient and solve my problem step by step finally. thank you guys and hostinger team!

Great pricing, not so great customer service

Hostinger has excellent pricing and good automation

Their customer service is clunky, and answers often are just long cut and paste paragraphs from tutorials. Their first answer when stuck trying to migrate from another provider is to say we cannot help you, we only help with Hostinger issues; surprising as I came close to cancelling. Bluehost did more to help me them than hostify did lol.

Reliable and timely help

I was communicating with my business partners on some urgent business when I encountered an email problem related to my domain settings. The problem prevented me from transmitting important information. I asked for online help using the Hostinger chat box. The help was quick, professional and efficient and I was up and running again in a few minutes. Nice job, Hostinger, thank you!

Saga Again, I must ask for a refund, but Chat is blocked on this issue

Saga: H. cannot migrate a website unless it is built in WordPress, but they don't say that. They refunded my money. I searched for another Web-host that does and found my site must be rebuilt entirely. I paid Hostinger again. NOW they tell me they do NOT support my domain extension .gallery / dot.gallery. The "I want Refund" is a closed loop, I cannot get Customer Service on chat, no phone contact. Paid Go-Daddy instead. NEED REFUND.

Although there where problems is was…

Although there where problems is was solved in an adequete way.

They started with a chatbot and if you have no knowledge of (web)servers you will be directed to wrong information and ideas to solve your problem. Although it is one of the most common problems in my case defenitely it was not and I had to insist to be able to speak to a customer agent. Once I got there it was solved in a satisfying way!

I am with Hostinger [business plan + website] just for a few days and since I am a newbie I had a lot of dumb questions. I can tell you that their client service is amazing! So are all the services they're providing.

Super easy email recovery

I messed up and accidentally deleted a bunch of email in my hostinger inbox. It took less than 5 minutes for Kirby to recover everything. It's super nice to know that your ISP has your back at a moment's notice. Thanks!
