Wasteland Joe is a deceased member of the Good Fighters in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Capital Wasteland Mercenaries."
Background[]
Wasteland Joe was a helpful member of the Good Fighters who helped repair terminals and holotapes at Galaxy News Radio. He was not aware of Phil Goodman's past, and refused to believe that he was part of the slavers at Paradise Falls. Joe was clearing rubble around the plaza when Talon Company attacked the radio station, leaving him and Fisheye the two surviving senior members. They devised a plan for Fisheye to cover the remaining Good Fighters while they made one last charge towards the building, but it did not end well for Joe as he was shot in the head, heading up the stairs to the front doors.[1]
