Yeah, these talk pages are very old school. After reading your message, I to check my own talk page, and I will need to update my little tutorial at the top. Fandom has been rolled out a few changes over the last year, and so the old "leave a message" button was replaced with the new prompt to add a topic, which works a little differently. For instance, a big change is the new button auto formats the subject line, where before you had to know how to format the line as your write your message. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll update it. The only other thing you need to do any time use the old style forums or talk pages, is leave a signature. Four of the tilde keys (these guys ~) in a row will automatically add your signature to your message.
Looking at your message, the problems you have had with the Bethesda forums are universal. It's not something you did, but rather Bethesda is in the process of closing them completely. They made an official discord server to take their place, even though discord is a very different type of platform. Unfortunately, I do not know about showing offline or keeping the login from running. I've only ever used the launcher for a few different games, and for all of them, I just went through the effort of signing in and out.
Yeah, as you play, you'll find a missing interface options are not the only shortcoming of the title. If you would like something a little closer to that, Nukapedia also has its own official discord server, here. - There's definitely something wrong, but I've no idea what would cause it to happen or how to fix it. You might try asking around on the discord since no one in Discussions had an answer. I saw where you had linked to reddit, but I did not see if anyone there was able to help. If you have not yet reached out to Bethesda support or tried the new Official Bethesda discord server, you might try there, too.

Medical Malpractice[]
Hello,
I saw your edit summary on the Medical Malpractice article and the image you uploaded. I have updated the article and put the default loadout into a note and weapon modifications.
For the next time you find something and want to share it with other editors, there is a special talk page for each article available:
- There are three horizontal dots, to the right of the "Edit" button.
- Accessing those dots shows some stuff, alongside it the "Talk" option, which takes you to the article's talk page.
- There you can bring up any topics regarding improving an article, and post any screenshots alongside your text.
- That way you don't have to split up your info into the edit summary and the screenshot you upload.
