Bug Verification[]

Hello there I have noticed you have found some bugs and added them to an article. I want to remind that the wiki's editing policy states that "Editors should not apply the verified tag to bugs they have added themselves." Please observe this policy. Jgrsoto (talk) 16:09, August 2, 2018 (UTC)

Sorry, I thought I'd remembered that it was policy to do that if you could find the issue in the game files, but it seems that rule was from a different wiki I worked on. -Caraamon (talk) 19:43, August 2, 2018 (UTC)
I would like to see if we can create some sort of overview pages for it. Otherwise the information is spread to thin for these CC content pages. I've noticed you lately, you appear to have a talent, so keep up the good work! Jspoel Speech Jspoel 16:18, August 4, 2018 (UTC)
I've restored the red links again, so you can go ahead and create the pages. I've taken a better look at the content in the Creation Kit and they probably have enough for a page each, though I still will look at an overview page of sorts later on then. I don't have knowledge of Semantic Mediawiki, you may explain, not sure I'll grasp it all though. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 14:52, August 5, 2018 (UTC)
You're too progressive for now. We are pretty much up-to-date on the Fallout 4 pages and I don't really feel like changing them all with using Semantic Mediawiki, with new templates and adjusting them and so on. It also seems complex too me and something a common user would have problems working with, you'd probably be the only one doing it. On top of that, we're already using a similar feature with the {{Transcluded}} template. I'd first like to see some examples in testing phase and see if it would be practical enough and userfriendly. You can find our projects in Category:Active projects, your project would go in there. But as said, first I'd like see some examples. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 16:41, August 6, 2018 (UTC)
Hold of progress for now, I admit I can't follow it all by a long way, it's too complex. I'm not willing to let you change templates or add content to related pages without knowing what's going on. I'll ask around with the admin team to see if they think this is something practical we can use. Right know I'd feel this would become a solo project and that's not sensible, should you leave for example we'd be left in the dark. I'll get back to you. CC to DLC[]

You spotted that well. Well, I'm confused myself as well because fe0xx... seems to be used for all CC content. But... not for the Tunnel Snakes Rule! content. I'm playing it as I go, and that mod doesn't use fe..., but starts with 08000 in my case. Very strange. So that's why I changed it, Try it yourself. I'll see if I can find more. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 19:03, August 18, 2018 (UTC)

All CC filenames start with fe0 and then the next 2 positions are for the load order (see Help:Form IDs), except for the Captain Cosmos, Tunnel Snakes Rule and Charlestown Condo content. I just discovered why. All the others have an .esl extension while the three mentioned have a .esm extension and use the first 2 positions for the load order. No need to change it I think.
