Base ID[]

Would someone be so kind as to add the base id?

Doesn't work in some outdoor places[]

It doesn't seem to work in a few places I've tried so far, including the highway where I found it, the ground under it near the Junction 7 rest stop and Mojave Drive-in near the satellite. I had to move well away from these places before it would bring up the sleep dialog. There was no error message - it simply failed to work. --Rooker75 18:53, September 23, 2011 (UTC)

Does this appear as an actual bed when you use it, or does it only have the rolled-up model for when it's dropped? --Delta1138 SnooPING AS usual I see 20:18, September 23, 2011 (UTC)

Its model when dropped is only the rolled up bed roll.--Chargersphinx 17:58, October 15, 2011 (UTC)

Nope, only the rolled-up model exists. Selecting it from the Pipboy brings up the Sleep menu. I was also hoping for a sleeping bag you could roll out anywhere, for RP use. Being that there is already a vast number of outdoor beds scattered throughout the Mojave, it probably wouldn't be much use outside The Divide. 70.189. 03:50, September 25, 2011 (UTC)

Is it multi-use? I haven't tried it yet, and I don't want to lose it if not

Two Base IDs[]

This item has two Base IDs in the GECK (xx00D4E1 and xx00CD51). The first is a misc. item, the second is a consumable. Whenever the first one is added to your inventory, it triggers a script to add the second one and remove the first. Does it seem appropriate to add the second Base ID to the article? If so, does it need an explanation as to what the difference is between the two? --FFIX (talk) 20:36, March 29, 2013 (UTC)

Multiple?[]

are there any benefits to having more than one? i used one and it didnt get consumed it's still in my inventory

No, it is a durable item and does not get "used up". Given its weight, there is in fact a very good reason not to carry more than one. --FFIX (talk) 19:14, May 27, 2013 (UTC)

This item is a consumable, not misc.[]

Thus item is a consumable item, similar to the NCR radio, not a misc. item --76.177.0.183 03:24, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

It's both, but the consumable has the higher priority I think. I added it to the page. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 14:43, December 15, 2014 (UTC)
