Problems with quest[]

The problems alluded to in the article may be the same one I had (in which case it would be a very minor one). When completing the quest by clearing out the Co-op area in the west and returning to Preston I had indeed appear onscreen a message that I started the quest. It was however just a erroneous display - I got the quest completed, a new settlement to rescue, I got my XP, Preston was happy, the settlers were happy, I was happy. But it did display a "Quest started" message instead of a "quest finished" one.

Capitalization[]

The subjects capitalization on this page seems to be particularly inconsistent. It should be either just a "county crossing", or if we use it as a proper noun "County Crossing". --Alfwyn (talk) 01:39, January 29, 2016 (UTC)

I would suggest a proper noun, on par with other settlement names.Wabango (talk) 16:16, April 26, 2016 (UTC)

Not every settlement uses proper nouns in their name. And it's just a crossing in the county. Should be lowercase in each instance. Great Mara (talk) 18:38, April 26, 2016 (UTC)

Yes. To be grammatically correct it needs a capital on the word crossing because the second word is also part of the place name. Come on admins! Pick up your game!--Enigma24 (talk) 00:58, June 8, 2018 (UTC)

Triggering Quest[]

If you find the location before you trigger any of the possible quests, is there a way to force the quest for it to start? I have been trying setstage MinRecruit01 50, and nothing. I also tried MinRecruit04. Does this settlement only trigger on certain quests? Or is there a point in the number of settlements you have that it won't trigger? Usually this just starts by talking to the right settler for me. You don't need to get the quest from the Minutemen directly. Same with any other settlement. Sakaratte - Talk to the catmin 02:36, December 17, 2017 (UTC)

Therein lies the issue. I've talked to both settlers at County Crossing multiple times, no trigger. I don't have any active quests that connect to County Crossing. Is there a known bug that quests for settlements won't trigger after certain points? Or do I just have to get lucky on something triggering at this point. "Crossing"[]

Shouldn't it be "Country Crossing" instead of "County crossing"? The word crossing also needs a capital because it is part of the place name. It just looks untidy and ugly otherwise. --Enigma24 (talk) 00:57, June 8, 2018 (UTC)

Infobox heading[]

County crossing is a settlement. The first note above the {{infobox location}} template reads, its a "Fallout 4 location". It should read: its a "Fallout 4 settlement". Qrsr (talk) 13:01, 23 June 2022 (UTC)
