Spain, specifically its colonial empire, is mentioned in the Fallout intro and on the back of the Fallout Pen and Paper d20 guide, with the Narrator remarking that the country "built an empire from its lust for gold and territory."[1] Dean Domino visited the country's capital of Madrid before the Great War, where he got himself into a difficult situation.[2] On a museum kiosk in the National Archives, the Spanish-American War is mentioned.[3]
