The Karma syringe barrel is a weapon mod for Rose's syringer in Fallout 76.
Effects[]
When applied to Rose's syringer, the mod causes fired syringes to increase the target's Damage, Energy, and Radiation Resistance for 30 seconds. The target then suffers from decreased unarmed damage and reduced Damage, Energy, and Radiation Resistance for 60 seconds thereafter.
- Buff: +25 DR, +25 ER, +25 RR, +15% Damage, +50 HP
- Debuff: -100 DR, -100 ER, -100 RR -50% Unarmed damage
- Does not work on robots, Wendigo colossi, or the Scorchbeast queen.
The mod decreases weapon accuracy while increasing range, Action Point cost, and aim transition time.
