Background[]
Rodriguez was one of the researchers located in the hidden Enclave research facility under Transmission station 1AT-U03. One of the tasks Rodriguez assigned to SODUS was to lower the temperature in the lab to 20 degrees Celsius,[1] though soon after doing so, fellow scientist D. Evans asked for the temperature to be raised to 22 degrees Celsius.[2][3]
