Greg Harris was the owner of Greg's Mine Supply in Appalachia prior to the Great War.
Background[]
Greg was a supervisor at Gauley Mine and owner of his own business prior to the Great War. In notes left in the mine, he was shown to be directing the miners about blasting operations[1] and leaving an assistant, Carl, in charge during his absence.[2]
Greg was in the process of trying to develop automated mining equipment in order to save his business, which was at risk due to the push for automation in the mining industry.[3] His various attempts ended in mishaps and failures,[4] much to the annoyance of his neighbor[5] and the foreman he was trying to deliver on a contract with.[6]
His efforts included utilizing questionably "procured" equipment from Carl in the form of sentry bot parts.[6] After an amalgamation of a Protectron, industrial equipment, and the sentry bot nearly took off the foreman's head, he lost the contract and felt his business and future was doomed to fail.[3]
