The following are two addendums to the current rights holder activity policy, concerning the utilization of profile tags and {{Leave of absence}}.

Proposed

1.1 Timeframe section

Add directions to change profile tag to inactive after {{rights holder activity notice}} and remove after {{rights removal notice}} or upon return to activity.

1.2 Extended leave section

Include directions to add {{Leave of absence}} template to user profile of staff beginning a leave of absence from their role.
