Rights holder activity notice

This notice is extended as a courtesy to rights holders that have been inactive for longer than months. Please relay any expected date of return to a bureaucrat via talk page. Additional tools granted may be removed after six months of inactivity. We hope to see you engaging again soon. ~~~~

Message for rights holders who have been inactive from their duties for a prescribed period of time, per the rights holder activity policy. Should be utilized on the talk page of the user in question after four months of inactivity, the user's profile tag should be updated to "inactive" on MediaWiki:ProfileTags, and username moved from {{NukaStaff}} to {{NukaStaff/inactive}}.

The template should be utilized again after five months of inactivity with no additional maintenance tasks required. At six months, users are eligible for rights removal, and at which point the {{rights removal notice}} template should be used, the user's profile tag should be removed from MediaWiki:ProfileTags, username removed from {{NukaStaff/inactive}} and applicable details updated on former rights holder archive.

Add the following on a user's talk page under a "User activity notice" subheader after four months:
