F. Gilbert was an optician who resided in Vault 51.

Like every other dweller, they were killed in the fighting that eventually led to Reuben Gill being named overseer in 2078.[1]

There was another Vault 51 resident with a first name beginning with F aside from Gilbert, that being F. Ferrell. Due to this, it is unknown which individual was Freddy, who was beaten and robbed by Isaiah Moss, or which one was Francis, a candidate for overseer.
