Freddy was a resident of Vault 51.
Background[]
Freddy was attacked by Isaiah Moss during a period of food shortages, which resulted in severe injuries. This upset many vault residents, including Brianna Ware, who saw it as an unfair fight and worried about people like Isaiah taking control of the vault by force. ZAX appeared to be monitoring Freddy's health, but by May 1, 2078, no one had seen Freddy for days, and he eventually died.[1]

There were two Vault 51 residents with F as a first initial - F. Ferrell and F. Gilbert - though it is unknown which one was Freddy.
