The stimpak and expired stimpak are consumables in the Fallout 76 update Nuclear Winter. They are found exclusively in the Nuclear Winter mode.
Characteristics[]
Compared to the stimpaks found in Adventure mode, the Nuclear Winter variants have less potent healing effects with shorter durations. The standard stimpak heals 10% Hit Points over two seconds alongside 30% HP over 10 seconds, for a total of 40% HP restored. The expired stimpak heals 25% HP over 10 seconds.
The healing effects of a stimpak are canceled if the user is interrupted by taking damage. Like other consumables only found in the Nuclear Winter game mode, the stimpak and expired stimpak cannot be crafted.

- Expired stimpaks may often be found in junk containers and less commonly alongside other chems in various containers
- Standard stimpaks may uncommonly be found in junk containers and are often alongside other chems in various containers
- Both standard and expired stimpaks may be found inside small supply crates, medium supply crates, and large supply crates, with the former becoming more likely as the crates progress in rarity.
