The Enclave Research and Development Division is the scientific sub-division of the Enclave Department of the Army.[1]
Background[]
The division is charged with conducting all scientific research for the Enclave by inventing, manufacturing, as well as repairing and upgrading the organization's advanced technology as needed.[citation needed] On the oil rig, the DataPlex 2000 SmarTerminal mentions the division.[2]

The Enclave Research and Development Division appears in Fallout 3, in Fallout 76 as of the Steel Dawn update, and are mentioned in Fallout 2.
