The eagle eyes serum is a consumable item in Fallout 76.

A flask of green serum which, when consumed, will cause the player character to develop the eagle eyes mutation. This mutation will increase perception by 4 and critical damage by 60% (75% with Strange in Numbers), but will reduce Strength by 4.
