The caravan workers are four caravan employees at Bunker Hill in the Commonwealth in Fallout 4.
Background[]
Caravan workers spend most of their time on the road with caravans. These four hired hands are currently resting in-between jobs.[1] They are relatively unfriendly and distrustful,[2][3] which they attribute to the dangers of their trade, as mortality rates are high.[4][5] They view Bunker Hill as their home, commenting that it is the only place where those in the caravan industry can mingle with each other.[6] They also respect Kessler for her ability to keep the town together, given its troubles from caravan bosses and raiders.[7]
The workers have a low opinion of the Minutemen, calling them "assholes."[8] They fear the Institute and its synths to the point of contemplating escape if the Institute wins control of the Commonwealth.[9] Though they are generally wary of outsiders, they will give some advice to newcomers, such as to watch out for Deb's haggling.[10] They also exchange various rumors, such as the story of the ghoul whale Ol' Peg,[11] the mercenaries occupying Parsons State Insane Asylum,[12] and the lucrative trade opportunities at Vault 81.[13]
