Black bloodleaf is a consumable item in Fallout 76.

Black bloodleaf is a cluster of black leaves and flower petals that would have been found growing in or near rivers and bodies of water. It can be consumed raw to satisfy a negligible amount of hunger with a medium dose of radiation and low chance for disease or could be cooked for additional benefits.
Locations[]
Black bloodleaf cannot be found growing naturally in Appalachia. Until June 2023, it was unused content. The budding apothecary, an Atomic Shop item, made black bloodleaf obtainable for the first time, and is currently its only in-game source.
