All Hallows' Eve is a quest in Fallout 4. It was added as Creation Club content on April 25, 2024 with the next-gen update. It is a part of the Halloween Workshop.

Detailed walkthrough[]
Use the Mysterious Signal to find the Harbormaster Hotel. You will not need to go anywhere specific to tune into the signal. In the lobby, go to the door on the left into the New England Technocrat Society. You will need to defeat multiple feral ghouls; Kawaguchi, Ms. Pennyworth, Dr. Santiago, Petrovic, Bloomstein, Anderson and a bloated glowing one Mr. Wendt in a trap. After, find a nearby hallway and locate the control panel. Using the clues in the rooms, you can deduce the code is 4346. The code can also be deduced by having both Perception and Luck of 5 or higher. Enter the final room full of loot and take the Picket Fences Halloween Special magazine.
