Action Boy or Action Girl, depending on the Sole Survivor's gender, is an Agility perk in Fallout 4.

- Unlike the perk of previous games, Action Boy/Girl in 4 changes how fast Action Points regenerate, rather than adding more points to spend.
This perk does stack with the effect provided by the Quantum X-01 power armor, though the difference in AP refresh rate in it may appear marginal. It is far more noticeable in normal power armor, as the full AP refresh (especially on high-Agility characters) will take much longer.
