The tracker does not indicate its exact location at an actual time, the tracker cliches and can delay for its actual location for up to 8 hours. its really hard to track it promptly.

Every time i had a problem, i would call and they would take care of it very quickly, very polite, they been great. Ive been a customer of theres for over a year. One time my tracker box stopped working and they sent me a new one free of charge. I highley reccomend optimus tracker

The gps tracker worked great and never once malfunctioned. The customer service team was available when needed and was very helpful. This low cost service is excellent!

Service was very friendly and helpful but Quite a bit of downtime and although its working, it is very delayed at times about an hour or more at times.

Optimus support made replacing my tracker with an upgraded version easy and painless. They associated the new device with my current subscription and everything works with no input from me other than charging the new device.

Great customer service. They followed up to make sure I was good to go. Getting service from people who actually care about customer retention is almost a thing of the past. I'm glad I've chosen this company for my gps tracker needs. Thank you.

Overall giving 5star rating . They are doing great . Getting notifications on time and up to date all the time. When I had problem with the device they sent a new device with in 3 days . Keep up the good work team!

I’m in total awe and appreciate the ability of being able to track my elderly parent’s location! This system is “spot” on and the animated display of her moving vehicle is so entertaining but comforting in knowing her whereabouts and of her well-being!!!

this is very good if you have family car got a flat tire and broke down and had no cell phone signal did not work i found my family thru --- gps at went and got them on side road in the dark thanks

Optimus tracker is great when you have kids of driving age. I felt more secure knowing where she was (or wasn't). I found it to be accurate and gave information in real time. Great when one family member is on the road.
