Outstanding product, support, and service for my Harley

I have used this tracker for a few years now, gives me peace of my mind for my motorcycle when I travel out of state. It's always worked great. The service, however, has been excellent. The one-on-one touch getting it wired correctly when I first bought it, right to an issue after I changed something lately. I left a chat message for them and got a call the next day that quickly solved the issue (my mistake). Always friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Can't recommend Optimus Tracking enough.

Erick Torres is awesome!! Great attitude, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He made the process actually kind of fun (even through the awkward "silence" times waiting for emails to come through..haha).

Great product …

Optimus has always been helpful every time I’ve had to call. The trackers work great. Easy set up. I have over 20 of them now on different work trucks and it’s on point!

I highly recommend Optimus

I highly recommend Optimus, which was very helpful in tracking family members during a cross-country trip. The quality of the data and the device were excellent, and customer service was also highly reactive, effective, and professional. A+ service from start to finish.

Great customer service when calling by phone

I called the number provided when I could not reach customer service from the app. I was pleasantly surprised to reach a live person (Erick Torres) that immediately was polite, professional and most importantly helpful. He took the time to understand my problem and was able to remedy the matter quickly and within my requested solutions. Erick did a great job and I appreciate his professionalism. I hope this is the only time that I need to call customer service, but I feel confident should I have to in the future.

GPS not not updating

I had an issue with the GPS not updating its position to the app or the web page. They worked with me by email to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service.

Easy to use.

I purchased the Omtimus tracker for my daughter’s e-scooter and it worked well for the purpose. Securing the tracker to the e scooter was a challenge for what I needed and when my daughter was not using her e scooter I could track her by find my IPhone. Also within a small space the tracer jumped around and would send annoying alerts. Ultimately I stopped using the tracker after a few months. When I got charged the annual fee $107, I thought to cancel. I called and John was very helpful to ensure I didn’t get charged again. He also gave a refund which was an unexpected delight.

Time, Talked to Eric, Nice and professional, had my subscription canceled in no time. I will always go back

Every time I call someone from this…

Every time I call someone from this company they go above and beyond to help me and I know they get tired of seeing me calling but in spite of that I still get first class treatment. I used to be with US fleet tracking they are no comparison I will never stop using y’all thank y’all so much I really appreciate it.

Excellent trackers

Excellent trackers! I also use them to track mileage on my trailers for routine maintenance. Battery lasts about a month on a charge. I had an issue with the battery life on one unit, they immediately shipped a replacement and a return label for the other. Great service!

Customer service was extremely helpful

Customer service was extremely helpful. There is always somebody there to talk to when I needed help and my unit went bad and they replaced it without an issue, without hesitation and even supplied the return label. Highly recommend Optimus trackers to anyone.

Optimus customer service is top notch

Optimus customer service is top notch. I rarely have any issues but when I have, I simply call and I'm able to speak with an actual human, which is amazing. They always solve any problems or issues while I'm on the phone with them. Everyone I have ever spoken with has been professional and friendly. Highly recommend the products, the company and commend them on their customer service.

Awesome product and Customer Service

If you are looking for an affordable and trust worthy gps tracker you can't go wrong with Optimus, I use the 3.0 wireless series for my business and I'm super impressed with the tracking and information you get while using these things, The customer service is top notch also..... 10 out of 10 and two thumbs up!
