Maximum protection from Optimus

Totally in love with the Optimus experience. From text message and e-mail alerts, on demand customer service, easy set up along with a beautiful web site showcasing any movements, what's not to love. Have had this for over a month now and everything is working flawlessly. Highly recommend this product and service.

I have been using optimus services for…

I have been using optimus services for over 3 years and haven't had any problems with there products. The bonus is that is you have an issue they are quick to help solve the problem.

I do not like that it does so quickly I…

I do not like that it does so quickly I had to purchase an extra battery go it to
Last more then 5 days and I don’t not like how inaccurate the track is in the map it will show the cat parcked in houses or traveling through them and also the worst thing is it’s consatant movement during parked time on the map and the many lines it creates with no movement

Tracking Information

Still haven't received any tracking information. Will update this review as appropriate. Hopefully, I get my device! I need it soon and the lack of tracking information or even an email saying it has been shipped is extremely frustrating.

I gave it 4 stars because it was easy…

I gave it 4 stars because it was easy to install and set up. It was also easy to set up the geofences. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I haven't actually used it. If it works like claimed I would give it 5.

I really like this unit...but

I really like this unit, easy to use and the app works great! I just had an issue pop up today though and it's kind of frustrating. My unit is saying "there is no date to report on this day" & it's being driven all over today. The app shows the last thing that happened was 2 days ago. I never rec'd an alert of low battery, nor that it was turned off like my last unit. Any idea why it's reporting that there isn't any to report for today 8/26? Am I supposed to do something to the unit? I turned it on before attaching it to the vehicle, was there something else I was to push or? I never had this issue with my other unit.

Works great

Works great, only complaint is have to restart the app 2 or 3 times it crashes when you first open it.

Best tracker I have used

Best tracker I have used, and would not use anyone else. All my vehicles are covered by Optimus and if I ever have one wander off.....I will damn sure find it!
