I have equipment as old as 10 years old from Tadibrothers that is still working perfect! I needed a new camera bracket to allow me to mount a camera on a new RV, they had what I needed. I would not hesitate to buy new or additional equipment from Tati brothers, they have great pre-sales tech info as well as the support after the sale.

For two days I have been working to resolve an issue with one of my two Tadi Bros. Monitor systems. Finally gave up and called Tadi. Spoke with Josan who worked with me to determine what resolution was necessary. After sending her a photo of my problem , she quickly walked me through the solution. Great job Josan !!!

had a pleasant experience with customer service. I had to return a product because I had no use for it because I had one gifted to me, so I called and spoke with Josan who was an absolute pleasure to deal with she was so helpful so kind so understanding I couldn't of asked for anyone nicer so I appreciate the help and getting my autumn returned hasslefree. I would definitely use this company if I ever need a back up camera for any future campers or vehicles that I may own I highly recommend this company and wish them continuous success in the future
