Great product and great customer service.

The backup camera and monitor are hard wired and work great. I can even connect my Nikon D-750 with an adapter to the monitor a take pictures in real time. The installation was NOT easy as I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I ended up having to run back up wire to the front (to control the monitor) & ran a long coax from front to back (RCA M/F connectors were installed after the wire was pulled in. I took off the license plate and drilled about a 3/4" hole to pass the camera wire through.
I did try the WiFi wireless system but it does not control the monitor on/off.
The Jeep Patriot is NOT after market wiring friendly.
This is good product for the price.
If someone needs help with a 2014 Jeep Patriot install I might be able to help.
Tadi Brothers are very quick to respond and helpful. Thank You Scott.

The customer service is wonderful. Sales rep is super friendly, easy going like you're talking to one of your friend. They gave professional advises and I thank them for it. I would definitely do business with them in the future. A+++++.

Customer service

Customer service is almost nonexistent from a lot of businesses in our society today. I was pleasantly suupprised at Tadi brothers... Also I would like to say that when I have called everyone has been pleasent and helpful.... Tommy gets a special recognition in this note...great job.

Wireless Backup camera system

I received my order today and used it to replace my non working system in my 2013 Coachman Freelander RV and it

and it worked PERFECTLY!!! Was able to use my Pioneer double din stereo and am very impressed with the quality of the picture and how simple it was to install. Thanks!!!

Great Company to do business with

I highly recommend this company and its products. The Customer Service Department bent over backwards to resolve our issue which was no fault of theirs and to gets us setup in time for our first RV trip. As a result, we are very pleased with both the monitor and camera and our dealings with Tadi Brothers.

I was helped by Scotty in your LA Tech Support Office. He provided me with the best professional Customer Service that I have ever experienced. He gave me very knowledgeable information in a very a professional manor, which helped in the generation of this review. Caring management

My order was received on time and had an issue with my order whereby the management stepped in and resolved my concern!

It was a very professional experience and I wish more businesses would follow suit.

A great show of care for customer is an excellent compliment for a great product/solution.

Manager was great thus far

I ordered from Tadi brothers and like anything with technology there can be bumps in the road.

However the manager called me at 8:30pm at night to respond to one of my emails and helped me out with the issue I was having.

Ill update this review and grade it once I have the final problem installed. Remember its ok to run into problems with any business, whats important is how they rectify it.

Good Product. Good Customer Service.

I have a 4 camera system with DVR and 7 inch monitor. The cameras are good and they seem to be heavy duty. It could be my imagination but I even think they de-fog and de-frost. I don't have any experience to compare them to something else. The instructions are few and far between but fairly easy to wire aside from normal mounting issues and wire installation. I did have some issues with the wrong cables being sent with the system. Which led to a couple unsatisfying phone calls. I left a negative review on this site and within 2 hours (name) called and promised to make everything right. He even said he will credit me a few dollars for the extra parts i needed to buy to make the system work. I would recommend this system, but if you do run into any issues make sure you call during normal business hours and ask for (name). I think I made the mistake of trying to reach them for support during the weekend and the sales guys are less inclined to fix a system once it has been sold.

Kudos to (name) for making me a happy customer again.

Barely adequate!

I purchased the TadiBrothers backup camera system: Pickup truck wireless seven inch mirror monitor and license plate/frame camera. All was delivered in about 10 days. The installation was reasonably intuitive.

The instructions are plentiful, but are “one size fits all!” In other words, none of my backup system components looked like the pictures shown in the graphic instructions; you have to know how to “read between the lines.”

The 7” mirror backup camera system functioned, but it was woefully useless in my circumstances. I have a small pickup truck and during daylight hours, the light flooding into the cab was so bright, it was totally impossible to see the transmitted image in the mirror monitor. The angle of view for the backup camera was 90°, not the 120° angle advertised on the TadiBrothers’ website. I checked the angle by triangulation.

I emailed TadiBrothers who responded by suggesting replacement of the “defective” 90° camera and swapping the mirror for a seven inch monitor. They even offered to pay for shipping of the returned components. I accepted.

The replacement license plate camera still has the 90° viewing angle, not the 120° advertised. I found the 90° to be sufficient for my purposes, so I accepted it. I have the new monitor mounted under the dash out of the light. It works adequately, but the colors are not reproduced faithfully. No amount of adjustments of color, hue, brightness, or contrast could improve the color.

CONCLUSION: My TadiBrothers backup camera system is acceptable for viewing low and behind. They did come through with something that works for me. My only suggestions are that TadiBrothers should make their instructions more system specific and investigate why they sold me a 90° camera instead of the 120° camera advertised. Also, they need to warn customers of the inadequacy of the mirror type monitor. I feel TadiBrothers’ intentions are good, but I think their backup camera systems need serious company scrutiny.

So far good product but terrible install instructions

After ordering online, promptly received products. Bought system that required drilling hole in rear door of vehicle for camera. To do installation of camera, wiring and wireless transmitter obviously had to remove paneling for inside access. Installed all the system paying attention that there is no orientation mark on camera and nothing in instructions to tell that camera is required to be rotated to a certain point for it to see the world as it is. Put all the paneling back on and installed monitor system up front. Turned on system to find that the camera needed rotated about 1/4 turn because it was seeing the world sideways. Because of this had to retake paneling and dirt barrier back off hatch door, rotate camera then reassemble. Would it not be a huge customer service to put an orientation mark, an "UP' or "TOP" marking or something on camera or at least mention it in the instructions. Removal and installation of the access panels and dirt barrier were no fun to remove and install the first time, let alone the second time. This is surely not the first time that an installer has encountered this and mentioned it to the seller. The jury is still out on the dependability and durability of the product but getting a good set of installation instructions would be huge. Might want to mention also that there is very gray areas of presentation of product on their prepared presentation. 7" mirror monitor is good representation of its width but would be nice to know the height of it because it takes up so much room it is vision infringing looking out the windshield and is maybe even unsafe. Don't feel like I have been lied to but just feel like the problems I have encountered are probably things other customers have encountered but the seller is not as concerned about good service as good sales.

Thank You Tadibrothers!

I received the unit promptly, it was easy to install and the technical service was always available for questions. What a relief not talking to someone in a different country when asking a question! Everything worked GREAT.....until I started questioning my wisdom in getting a 3 1/2" monitor. Once again, I called your technical people and was advised that I could "trade up" to a 5" monitor, paying the difference, of course. I elected to do just that.....got delivery of the camera in three days. Then, the very next day headed out to Florida from Wisconsin. What a difference!

Awesome

Do NOT buy from this seller!

I purchased a backup camera from this seller, and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had in recent memory. The monitor and camera I purchased came with no instructions, and I had to pay someone to install. The seller advised me that the product was wireless and would have all of the necessary components needed to install as a wireless system. As it was, the installer told me that the wireless devices they provided were not adequate and they ended up having to install as a wired device, which added to the cost of the installation. It appears that the sales reps at Tadi are not very well versed in their products. In this case, buying on the internet was a very unpleasant experience. I also had difficulty getting a list of installers from the seller (Tadi).

Best Backup Camera System Company

I ordered my first backup camera system for my new Mercedes from Tadibrothers. The shipment came in within a week and it was fully secure in a very nice box. I spoke with Eddie on the phone several times before I ordered because I just wasn't sure what I needed. He was very helpful and really guided me to get something that was even cheaper than I was willing to spend. That just showed me their integrity.

My father has an RV that he has backed into a tree once or twice, lol. I want him to also get a backup camera too because I think it's just safer. Plus, the investment pays for itself. I mean if you hit your car, then the damages would be worst.

Call Eddie if you need help, he is really great.

Lacking Communication.

Products received, DOA. Called customer service on several occasion and could not get a person on the phone nor e-mail response. Worse online transaction ever!!! Avoid this merchant.
