Equipment seems to work as expected

Equipment seems to work as expected. One of the transmitter seems to have intermittent interference that I believe is from the power source not the product.

5 stars my Butt

5 stars my Butt

It was bad enough what received was cheap Chinese garbage that did not even work but then I had to pay for return shipping on defective merchandise and then there is the threat of a restocking fee to boot .. just boxed it up for return and we will see how it plays out in the end but just get the slimy used car salesman vibe from this group.

Bunch of crooks as far as I am concerned.

I have equipment as old as 10 years old…

I have equipment as old as 10 years old from Tadibrothers that is still working perfect! I needed a new camera bracket to allow me to mount a camera on a new RV, they had what I needed. I would not hesitate to buy new or additional equipment from Tati brothers, they have great pre-sales tech info as well as the support after the sale.

Rose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After a brief explanation she quickly identified what parts We needed and completed the order. Rose also took the time to explain the order process and answered my technical questions about the transmitter and antenna. I am very pleased with the service I received today

For two days I have been working to…

For two days I have been working to resolve an issue with one of my two Tadi Bros. Monitor systems. Finally gave up and called Tadi. Spoke with Josan who worked with me to determine what resolution was necessary. After sending her a photo of my problem , she quickly walked me through the solution. Great job Josan !!!

360 camera system for Motorhome

I contacted Rose last Thanksgiving to get information on a 360° system for my RV. She provided all the answers I needed at that time. Although I didn't purchase then, I called her back today and placed my order after getting additional questions answered and her assistance in getting the package I wanted for the price I needed. Well done Rose

I placed an order with Rose this morning.

I talked with Rose this morning regarding a camera monitor purchase. I plan on using this system on a farm tractor to monitor equipment behind me. Rose clearly explained the use of 120 degree and 170 degree cameras. I upgraded to the 170 degree. I had multiple questions regarding wireless verses the wired system and batteries. Rose explained everything until I understood the differences. Rose was kind, courteous and of course, very helpful! Thank you Rose!!!!!

Ordering difficult resolved and processing

We just made our purchase online and were having a difficult time, however the chat service was very beneficial and John on the chat was able to guide me through, had some issues with the computer. So he had a customer service call me directly and placed the order over the phone. This was very simple process. Once we have the camera installed will update a product review but for service both Team members were very kind and helpful. Thank you
