I like the ease of having a fax from my laptop, however sending a fax takes a significant amount of time. It is quite slow. If I have higher volume I will have to rethink using humble.

On average, faxes take 1 minute per page for any fax machine or service including ours.
If you value fast transmission instead of image quality you can reduce the resolution to standard (the default is "fine") in the settings section when you log in.
If a fax is attempted and the other line does not pick up, our system will wait 5 minutes, and try again. It will do this a total of 5 times. Therefore, in the case that the other line is busy, or does not pick up, it would take 25 minutes to receive a failure confirmation.
If the screen is stuck on "sending" on the website, try refreshing the page to ensure it is the latest up to date status.

I love the overall ease of the application. I am able to attach documents and send straight from my laptop or IPad. I like that there is no paper and everything is completely electronic. I also like that when I receive a fax it comes straight to my email in which I can view without having to sign in to the site. Overall I am very happy with humblefax.

Senseable Layout
The page layout makes sense not only when filling in the information to send, but also makes it easy to quickly see and address a reply back to the sender. Easy, peasy, beginning to end.

Hello Syed, did you have a previous account that was cancelled by us, or is this brand new? What country are you signing up from?
Second reply: The reason we are asking is because we just cancelled an account with the name Syed due to transmission of fake medical documents with CVS logos. We received an inquiry from law enforcement.
Secondly, if your IP address resolves to Pakistan for instance, you would receive a general system error when signing up as we have received too many fraudulent accounts from that country.
Lastly, we do not have your email address so there is no way for us to reply.

Perfect for multiple office
We have five staff in two office locations in the same city. Humblefax was the perfect solution for faxing. No phone lines needed, and you can use it from any location. Well worth the montlhy cost!

The interface was easy to navigate
The interface was easy to navigate. My only issue was after I uploaded the fax, the page froze on page 2 of a 4 page fax. After checking my email, I was alerted to the fact that the fax went through but I was worried that the product didn't work in the mean time.

Hi John - yes our real time update system was rolled out just yesterday and had some hitches that have been resolved. This new feature will allow customers to see the progress of their fax on a per-page basis. It should be working nicely today as the issue was resolved late yesterday evening.
