Small home business here. HumbleFax is perfect for my needs. It is easy to use. Only one issue I see for myself. When I view my sent faxes, it is difficult to scan across the page and find the one I need. The print is too small for me to read. If there could be a way to hover over it and it would enlarge, that would make finding one much easier.
I am happy I chose HumbleFax for my needs.

I am really impressed with the response and value. It is much less expensive than the other e-fax services and works very well and is user friendly. We are not a fax heavy business but we do have clients in healthcare that refuse to use email so this is so much easier than printing and scanning and the images are better. Thank you.

I appreciate the low cost for the software. It's great that you can have 10 accounts for free under your account. I like how you can visually see all the faxes and change the display, if needed. Additionally having a built in coversheet saves time from having to do our own. Overall it's a very easy software to use and it's really efficient.

Gets the job done as a real fax machine would! Well, technically, even better than a fax machine. Also, you have a record, which is great for record keeping proof. With Humblefax, as with a real fax machine, yes, a bulk number of pages can take some time, but this comes with the territory of faxing. Nonetheless, looking forward to future improvements with speed. The price is fair, and it may just be as good as your going to get for an affordable yet reliable internet fax service provider.

I have tried other companies and the cost with Humble is much better and their site is very user friendly and everything is backed up on my email so I get double notification.

Seems pretty simple and easy so far, but I honestly haven't used it but for a couple months and maybe 10 times. I have not explored enough to know, but I would like to have an editable cover sheet that I did not have to redo every time.

I enjoy the convivence of humble fax and the low initial cost. However I have been hit with additional fees which were not disclosed on sign up. No where on the site does it show a tiered based payment system.

I really like Humblefax. I like that I get an email alert when I have a fax. And I can print it from my phone or my computer. Just send one all I have to do is scan it and send from my computer. I no longer need to have a fax Machine or phone line for it. I can also save copies of incoming and outgoing boxes. Really great product!

It started out fine, or so we thought. Then they said the price was going up to $25 per month for “HIPAA compliant” service, which was not available just a few months before when we signed up. When we asked for an explanation, Adam C with Humblefax responded unprofessionally and failed to answer our question. We wondered how they knew the contents of what we were faxing? Adam claimed they have AI technology, but it’s clear a human must have reviewed the contents of our communication, in violation of HIPAA, to be so certain that we were “required” to pay $25 per month for HIPAA compliant fax service. (Side note: we consulted with an attorney who advised that we are not required to use a HIPAA compliant fax service so long as we are otherwise complying with the regulations.) After canceling the service, we also discovered that several important faxes that were shown as successfully delivered by Humblefax NEVER ARRIVED at the recipient. Lastly, they released our fax number we ported over from AT&T, a number our organization has had for many years, so that we were unable to port it to our new, competent fax provider.

When looking for a efax supplier, I did my homework and settled on Humble. It has been the right choice! Easy to use, reliable and quick.
Humble Fax allows for easy creation and sending of faxes. All kinds of documents.

I would like to state, I was using the old fashion way of faxing, eg. going to Staples. This was cheaper, faster, secure and provided a receipt!

Would recommend to anyone that has to fax!
