My order arrived within three weeks, give or take. I think the time it took would vary in opinion of how lengthy it was. Maybe I was a bit impatient but it arrived nonetheless in alright condition. Thanks booktopia, you casted my doubts for a moment but alas, it has arrived! I can enjoy my reading and learning experience thanks to what you had in store! :)

I am very pleased indeed with the wonderful service and product range at Booktopia. All orders arrived promptly and in perfect condition. In a recent order, one of the book’s ordered took longer to obtain than the rest of the order, so Booktopia went to the trouble and expense of sending the bulk of the order separately from the one late arrival. The service is absolutely excellent. Keep an eye out too on the sale items, a great range of affordable and interesting products. I just love ❤️ Booktopia

I had searched everywhere for a Taylor Swift calendar for my granddaughter but couldn’t find one anywhere. Finally found one in Booktopia. The process was so smooth. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was so prompt it was amazing. Will definitely buy from Booktopia again.

I placed an on the 20 June, I sent a message request on the 29th June asking why my order had not shipped. When I ordered nor when I logged in to check the status of my order on the 29th June was there any indication that the items were out of stock. I logged back in today because I still hadn’t heard anything about my order and the items are listed as not being available until the 4th September and this date is only an estimate. No one from Booktopia has contacted me, the items are no longer available to be ordered on their website and I was not given a choice to weather I wanted to wait for the order or not. This isn’t the first issue I have had with this company having ordered an e-text at the start of the year only to have access issues. I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

It was quick and efficient. The price for the book was better than Amazon. I would prefer to use an Australian company but if I can get the book at a better price I will go to elsewhere. I have found on a number of occasions that Booktopia has been highly competitive particularly when I can reduce the cost of postage.

I live in the UK and wanted to buy my sister a Christmas present. She lives in Melbourne and the package arrived in time for Christmas, even though I ordered a little late. Also when browsing the website I saw an excellent catalogue of wide variety. Will definitely use again.

Your site was the only I could the book I was after my boss for his xmas present and was able to in days of ordering. Everywhere else would say I would have to end of January or February for the book but now, my boss can take it on his holiday this weekend.

My order was lost by Australia Post and when I called Booktopia they immediately sent a replacement and even though it was two mailing days out from Christmas, I still received it in time to gift it to my grandson. The books were in excellent condition. I highly recommend Booktopia.

I buy a lot of books from Booktopia. They always have those books that are hard to find. The books always arrive promptly and beautifully/safely packaged Unfortunately my latest order for my 'OCD' daughter had a damaged jacket. First world problem I know but a little disappointing. Will still continue to buy from them though. First time this has ever happened.

The book arrived promptly. It was in perfect condition which would be expected considering the quality of the packaging. The book wasn't the cheapest available (mostly due to the postage) but nor was it anywhere near the most expensive.
Based on this first positive experience, I will certainly consider Booktopia in the future.

Book arrived with corners bent in and page corners damaged, lack of care in ensuring book was properly protected for delivery, expected better from a bookstore. Will be returning to Amazon as surprisingly they put more care into the delivery of books

Packaging was fantastic and book arrived in great condition BUT maybe look into better delivery options. Aus Post are neither efficient nor reliable. This book sat at a facility for weeks. I received it for Christmas giving, and for that I am grateful.

So excited to receive Bonnie Hancock's "The Girl Who Touched the Stars" within days of its release, the same week as city bookshops put it on their shelves, after pre-ordering from Booktopia at a great price.
I've devoured the book over the weekend and am in awe of Bonnie's stamina and determination, and how selflessly her small support team of young men worked together to make sure Bonnie achieved her goal and earned several World Records.
The paperback was well packaged in sturdy cardboard that protected it from enthusiastic postal workers. I was absolutely thrilled to see Bonnie's autograph in the front - didn't expect that surprise.
Always happy to receive my packages from Booktopia, but especially pleased with this delivery.

Good delivery - no issues - do not understand why books are so much more expensive here than in amazon and even in stores like Kmart, Big W or Target.

The two bulky books that I ordered were promptly despatched and arrived within two days. Regular and timely updates via the mobile were appreciated and spot on re delivery progress. The external packing was robust and effectively prevented any transport damage. Unfortunately the books were not packed internally with padding and so were able to slide around slightly inside the packing box. This may have contributed to minor cover damage to the books which detracted from their otherwise pristine condition.
