I bought a dryer on July 1st, but it arrived broken and wouldn’t start. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement or refund, but MediaMarkt insisted I wait for a repair first. After nearly 10 days, someone finally came to fix it on July 10th. I thought I could finally return or exchange it, but after reaching out on the same day to request a replacement, I received no response at all. Despite numerous attempts to get a reply, nothing happened. Almost another 10 days passed, and I am so tired of waiting that I just want to return it. I called MediaMarkt on July 19th to request a return, but again received no response. With the 30-day return window almost up, it’s been nearly a month, and I still can’t return this machine. Why is it so difficult to exercise my legal rights as a customer? Ridiculous! To make matters worse, one of MediaMarkt's customer service representatives mocked me on the phone, told me I was wasting his time, and rudely hung up on me while I was still talking. This has been the worst purchasing experience ever. To prove my words, here is my order number #221793588

Why is it so awkward to cancel my subscription? there should be a much easier and efficient way very frustrating at the time it takes to recieve any kind of response!
