Today, we reported Q1 2024 financial results and a business update. This includes the news of our nomination of development candidate APG990, with a Phase 1 clinical trial in healthy volunteers expected to initiate ahead of schedule in 2H 2024. Additionally, we announced the initiation of a Phase 2 clinical trial of APG777 in patients with moderate-to-severe #atopicdermatitis (AD), with 16-week proof-of-concept data expected in 2H 2025. We are thrilled to announce the first healthy volunteer participants have been dosed in the Phase 1 clinical trial of APG808, our novel half-life extended IL-4Rα antibody for the treatment of #COPD and other inflammatory diseases.
