How to Add a One-Click Feedback Button to your website 

Want to prompt your users to submit feedback or feature requests directly without opening your changelog widget?

Now you can collect feedback directly from your users using the one-click “Feedback button” or any custom element button of your choice.

Here’s how you can add the Feedback button to your product or site.

  • Go to the Feedback settings in your dashboard
  • Enable the Feedback button as shown below.

 

Once enabled, you can see the button on your site/app where the Beamer’s script is installed.

Please note that these settings can also be defined in your Beamer config with predefined parameters. You can also refer to the developer docs to send overriding parameters.

You can also add shortcuts to view your Ideas, Feedback form, or Roadmap with your desired external HTML element as shown below. You can use the class or ID of the HTML element as shown below.
