Everything you need to know about getting started with Beamer

How do you notify a customer once the status of the Idea is changed?

Once an Idea is shipped it is valuable to let the users who requested that functionality know that their needs have been addressed. It’s also useful to send updates when the status of the Idea changes.

The user who created the Idea will automatically be notified when there is a status change, for example from ‘In Review’ to ‘In Development’. And if you collected emails from voters or commenters, you can also manually notify these users of any updates or changes to that Idea—automatic notifications for voters.  coming soon
