Creation of new pages[]
For your page of things to do with your shelter in mincraft (see below) I had the idea of making a page for each of the ideas and putting an example if that was ok, I then had the idea of either embedding a video on the list of things to do page for a walkthrough of every thing or videos on each of the pages or even a link so that people can see rather than just having a text description. http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Tutorials/List_of_things_to_do_to_your_shelter

Page recommendation[]
Hi there im not to sure im posting this to the right person but annyways. I noticed the page on redstone circuit is missing a crucial information; its missing the information about what a redstone circuit does in particular ... like his primor fonctions. you probably alredy read it but annyways, when i got on the page i didnt know what a Redstone circuit was for and i am still not sure.I think it should have a list of what it cand do at the beguining so the users wouldnt have to read the whole thing not knowing if its really what they are looking for.
Annyways, i hope changes will be made and i appologize for the bother if im not posting to the rich person.

Filespace Limit?[]
Did the wiki reach the filespace limit? I have uploaded a .png image once, then after it didn't update (in two days), again (I did clear my cache). I you have any idea why that would be helpful, or if it's just taking a long time. MoonBeans 16:28, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Greetings to the administrators of Minecraft Wiki International!
In an attempt to bring the six language wikis into a more coherent working group, I have created the Minecraft Wiki Directors group on the English wiki. If you do not have an account there, please create one using the same username as on your wiki. If you already have one, you are already part of the usergroup.
This group has access to en:Minecraft Wiki:Directors a page and talk page strictly for communication about items for all of the Minecraft Wiki sites. I have listed some starter items that I think are areas where the 6 sites need to work in sync to be able to present a more unified experience for all of the communities we serve. I would like to see you all participating in discussion and also presenting ideas or addressing any issues you feel impact all of the sites.
Individually, our sites are a good resource for the Minecraft community worldwide, but working together we could be great!

Hello
I've just learned about something called PediaPress which lets you make books from Wikipedia pages. Could you maybe install this on the Minecraft Wiki. All that is needed to be done is installing the Collection Extension.
This would be a big improvement! I think.

Admin deletes pages without proper reason[]
The page http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Classic_Server_Protocol was deleted for no good reason, by admin IKJames.
It's a very useful page, and his reasoning for suddently deleting it, is not valid.
Please also take a look at his talk page, and see that this is not the first time he deletes pages, without proper reasoning.
This 15 year old kid, does not belong as an administrator on this wiki!

lapis lazuli[]
I think (and this is just a wierd idea i have) that lapis lazuli should be able to be put in furnaces and from ther it is a raw material (this might be turquise or something) and can also be made into armor,weapons,or tools (one idea for a tool is you can make a trident, where it acts something like a bow: you left click the trident while facing water two water blocks or deeper then when you get it back, since tridents have around three piked heads, you have a chance of catching 0-3 fish per through) and this material can have a greenish tint color (so you dont mix it with diamond). This is again just a wierd thought but if IF someone can forward this to notch or someone i would be very grateful (i dont know how to send something to notch or enyone else by myself). Blaze rod's[]

As I looked in your wiki page i noticed u didnt have much info for the blaze rod beside the fact that it came from blazes found in the nether and they have no use... U ARE WRONG!!! the blaze rod for some odd reason is a ranged weapon.... when you have a enemy or animal in your cross hair from lets say 10-30 blocks away maybe you can left click and it will hit the animal or mob... it does about the same amount of damage as the fist. The other very interesting thing about the Blaze rod is that it can attack through blocks as long as you know the exact location of the monster on the other side of the wall. I have only tested the hit through wall fact a few times but from what i know it can hit through any block at least 1 thick. maybe more... that is something you should test out... Srry but i just went to test it and its just a == HUGE == bug in the 1.9 pre release. the archives software[]

could you please post a link to a page to download an early version of the software the archives ran on. early as in when gdude2002 or revenant, or possible you where in charge of the archives. i think that, at least at one time, tehre was some way to download it from bitbucket. my minecraft username is atam7 and i played on the archives for a long time with Ezekeil and bubsaroni, both of whom i know in real life. {[edit] i wanted to add that i when to your website, found your email address, and emailed a request to get the software a few months ago.}

Not being able to see pictures[]
When I want to see a picture of something such as the new Ocelot sneak peek on the wiki, half of the picture is covered by the "Recent Community Articles" and "Mojang Tweets" pop-up windows. Something must be done so the whole picture can be seen. Maybe moving the "Recent Community Articles" and "Mojang Tweets" pop-up windows to a different location.

Minecraft Wiki:Sandbox[]
Hiya! just messaging all other admins about my project, the Minecraft Wiki:Sandbox.
This sandbox initiative is going to try to gauge what the community wants page-wise, and where they want the wiki to go.
the plan is to use that, and see if the wiki can go that way, if our rules need improving, or if it is not viable to go in certain directions with the wiki.
So, there will be many pages that break our current rules, that will be located at "Minecraft Wiki:Sandbox/PAGENAMES".
I'm just messaging to request, unless it is blatant spam, please don't delete these pages.
There is a system to delete these pages if they are too low quality, or not active enough, and a system to tell users what has been deleted, and why. as well as informing them if a page will never be reconsidered. This section of the wiki is to see if we can push the rules, and if we should we push the rules.
I welcome other admins to help take part in this project, to see how the wiki can viably adapt to the community.

New block EXP values[]
Just wondering when you guys are going to add the EXP values for mining, smelting the ores and what not, not the most important thing in the world, sorry if I'm am flooding, just encase it didn't phase anybody. Or if you guys will do it when the actual updates come out.
