I've found a faster, and as far as I can tell, different way of harvesting disks. using a simple gravity pit mobgrinder, [a spawn zone, using with funneling canals, into a simple tunnel, about 20 blocks deep. by standing at the base of this falltrap, one can "coup de grace" the enemies, and one hit them for exp.] the mobgrinder, though has another use. I've found, by standing one block lower than the pit bottom, and walking into the skeleton's field of view [ and after an hour of idling, there can be dozens, even hundreds of mobs in a single blockspace, all huddled together, ripe for harvesting. ] doing this, is liable to have the skeletons shoot at you, through their huddled company. no luring creepers into little holes to be executed. it's dirty, there are zombies in there, too. and if you're not careful, creepers will splode. but....I got about a dozen disks, within a minute of trying that tactic. and...it's just...idling between restocking the mobs. so far, I have 7 different disks, and duplicates of all of them. I ended up with a few creeper sposions, destroying the rest of the monsters, and rebuild the catchbasin.

testing reveals, that only walking into the mobs, by standing one block beneath them, works, just being below them doesn't seem to trigger any actions.

Parrots[]

Parrots are new to Minecraft so not many mine crafters know much about them but here is a bit about the Minecraft parrot. you can tame them with seeds and if they are tamed you can have them sit on the floor or your shoulder. if you feed them a cookie they will die. and if a tamed parrot is by a jukebox with a track in it they will dance.
