--Vtaylor 12:03, 16 November 2011 (UTC) I have a group of 8-10 11th graders who are working on Minecraft in Education. We are just getting started. The kids have lots of really good ideas, so we are working out how to develop these and distribute them for others - teachers and students.
We are currently working on a series of mini-projects to test out some ideas of what has to be included in an "activity" - learning outcome, activity description, set-up, directions, how to tell if the activity was successful, ideas for revisions and extensions.
We are assuming that the "learners" will be high school students. Most of the example we see so far are for students in lower grades.
Over the coming months, we expect to develop lots of activities covering a broad range of academic topics. We would like to "publish" them in the appropriate Minecraft forum so they are accessible (and locatable) to any / all educators interested in gaming and Minecraft in education, including
- activities (lesson plans), curriculum reference
- kids work
If this doesn't belong here, are there other projects about using Minecraft in education that have started elsewhere?

What to do[]
I recently joined this project because I like math a lot. However don't we need a mod that can play YouTube videos inside of Minecraft? Logaff (talk) 12:03, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
