Damage[]

I speculate that the damage this enchantment could deal depends on the DPS of the weapon, or maybe related to it, for Swirling III on "claymore", maybe the lowest attack speed in this game, always seems to deal exately the same damage as the lower limit of the damage the weapon could deal. Is that true? Sea lantern (talk) 12:42, 10 June 2020 (UTC)

I disagree just based on the small sample size I've seen. There definitely could be something with weapon speed or with Rarity though. There is a hidden random variable for each item which makes Poison Clouds and Lightnings give exactly the same damage number, but I don't think it's the same weight as the Radiance variable. It's not like there's an item "quality" but rather just a couple random hidden attributes which effect the enchantments, or one hidden random seed which effects certain things the same, but some things differently. I actually recall having all the enchantment choices change on me after a restart (re-rolled enchants, nice right?), perhaps that was a bug, but maybe it sheds light on what is going on in the code.
Keep recording your swirlings and update these stats please! I just did one column for these since Tier II and Tier III are always just multiples of Tier I, anyone can make additional columns if they want though, since Tier III is probably useful for most readers.
