sounds problem[]

what's the best level to obtain this from[]
trying to get it on apoc so it has 3 enchant slots, here are the ups and downs of each level:
- Highblock Halls has a redstone golem, but also an obsidian chest.
- ??? has the strongest boss in the game, but bosses are (I think?) guarenteed to drop stuff, and (I hope) have a higher chance of dropping uniques.
- Underhalls doesn't have really any downs, other than mass amounts of enchanted mobs and not having many opportunities to get it.
- Lost Settlement is extremely tedious just to get to the boss, which doesn't drop much good stuff.
- See above for downs on Nether Fortress
