JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES For the Italian subsidiary, we are looking for a CORPORATE CONTROLLER, able to forecast key financial metrics, ensure reporting compliance, and provide valuable insights for decision-making. Specialized in accounting and controlling support, along with the implementation of cost-saving measures and collaboration for process optimization. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES Manage and co-pilot the planning and forecasting process for all financial KPIs and key financial data of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow. Ensure that all business KPIs are reported in accordance with the company's accounting standards and HQ requirements. Provide professional support for any management decision-making that requires financial evaluation. Offer specialized controlling support for the Sales department. Collaborate with the team to improve key business processes, enhancing financial accuracy and effectiveness. NETWORK OF INTERACTION: Central headquarter controlling department, sales, business, other subsidiaries TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE: University degree in business administration. 5/8 years’ experience in accounting, controlling, financial and business administration, reporting, budgeting, in FMCG multinational companies or an international retail environment with advanced skills. Direct report to HEAD OF EUROPEAN SUBSIDIARIES Proven ability to manage people and team Solid knowledge and proficiency in Business Central system and MS Office (advanced in Excel). Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting results to management on a regular basis with strong networking skills. Flexible and able to work in dynamic environments.
