Service 24/7

The professional staff are always available to help, no matter the time, or problem. I have used both services, chat and phone support, with great success. I have even tested them off peak hours and in the wee hours of early morning with the same results, AWESOME!

Only 1 slight hiccup for me; connectivity of the chat support and being disconnected after 5+min, but it's easy to re-connect and the next agent can browse your previous log. No, biggie, just an inconvenience that seems to occur. I don't know if this is just me, as this has happened twice and the reason I won't give a 5 star rating.

Where has Siteground been all my life? They are awesome!

I just made the switch from a hosting company that I have been with for many years. I have been nervous about doing this and have been procrastinating. But I'm glad I finally did, and most of all that I chose Siteground. The support team is amazing and is helping me to make this transition as seamless as possible. Thank you Siteground!

A company that cares

I tried many webhosting companies and finally i selected siteground.
After 3 months, i an satisfied and happy.
No outage- support very fast and friendly.

In spite the hosting plan is affordable, you can feel that this company is managed by professional managers....

Amazing People Amazing Services

I m a web developer and i have worked with a lot of hosting providers in my career. But Siteground is best of all. They provide incredible services at a very reasonable price. And their support is just amazing always ready to help you no matter what the issue is. I wish them best of luck. Keep up the good work guys.

Siteground Pre-Sales Support

It's not often I highly rate a company but these exceed my expectations all the time!

I'm a complete noob to computers yet sitrground have not only hosted my website for a rediculously cheap price but have helped me through their support system on countless occasions to do things on my website. They truely do go above and beyond what you are paying for. Customer service is astounding! Uptime for my website has been 100% throughout too! I would recommend anyone looking for a host to use siteground as they really have blown me away! Thank you very very much siteground! 😀 Keep up the good work!

Great service and great technology make this the best hosting company I've ever used

Our business builds and supports websites and at the top of our list of priorities is a web host who we can trust. We deal with a lot of them on a day to day basis, and SiteGround is by far and away the best.

After five years of using one UK-based company, we opened a trial account with SiteGround around 18 months ago, and were instantly blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable even their live chat support was. We'd seem nothing like it.

Issues are solved in minutes, even if you have a complex query that has to be dealt with by email, it's usually fixed inside of ten minutes. Our other, UK based webhost used to keep us waiting an hour for a first response and a day or two to resolve simple issues.

Not only that, but they are friendly and helpful, which makes a big change!

But SiteGround doesn't just excel in support - their technology is top notch so sites run blazingly fast, and uptime appears to be pretty much 100%.

PLUS they are always investing in and improving their technology, recently our sites started loading faster still when SiteGround added improved hardware to their servers.

All of these things make them a world away from our dealings with most other companies, some of who charge more than SiteGround.

Best hosting I've found in 18 years

I've run sites on different hosting providers for 18 years and this is the best I've found to date. Wish I searched harder to find SiteGround 10 years ago :)

Its best to judge a services company when you need their help. I've had to call on support with some hosting questions over the last few days and each time they've come out on top to deliver some quick amazing results.
