Whenever i have any issue with my service, Scala agents are great in finding a solution for you, or at least keep trying and give you this feel that someone got your back. Today Dimitar was not exception, he stayed with me for over an hour to solve an issue, and it got solved at the end. Thanks Dimitar and appreciate your patience.

I'm supporting a non-profit…

I'm supporting a non-profit organization in migrating their site to Scala Hosting. The tech support I've received has been absolutely stellar. Whenever I work with a client's site, I always need top-notch capabilities and support to assist where needed - their business depends on it. I started using Spanel around two…

I started using Spanel around two months ago, and I had no experience whatsoever with servers and management but the way that the support works makes it not only easy, but also smooth. I have full confidence in their support, and I know that if I have any questions they will be thoroughly answered, even if what I am asking is complicated. I can name a few people that I have been talking with for the past two months from Scala Hosting that have been a great help whenever I needed it. Todor, George T, Dimitar and Tencho T. are the only ones that I can remember right now. These people have guided me and told me the correct way to do things, and I know that whenever I have any troubles I can rely on them.

This company is special for two reasons
The first is that it provides wonderful technical support. Secondly, because it offers managed servers with strong specifications and good prices.

I chosed the Entry Cloud option. Cheapest VPS with a very good to use SPanel for server management including mail, filemanager, Wordpress, etc.

Support answers quickly using the chat option.
