Mini-Modding Question[]
The difference between telling someone what they're doing is against the rules and mini-modding is that mini-mods make it seem as if they have some sort of authority (claiming that they are staff, saying they will ban someone, giving a warning, etc.). It's the assumption or attempt to convince people you have moderation power when in reality you don't. If you just tell someone what they're doing is against the rules it isn't mini-modding. Hi Paddling, with the tempmod rights set to expire on November 20th I wanted to ask if you intend to run for dmod soon. From both the issue with that troll and your other activity on the site I believe you meet the requirements to run for discussions moderator.
